Weekly field trips with assigned dogs to restaurants, malls, and movies are a great way to learn how to work with dogs in public and spend some time in the community. Students in some degree programs will spend time training rescue dogs while others will attend canine intervention field trips. Public relations experience will be gained through speaking at events or showing off what you and your assigned dog have learned.
As with any non-profit, our volunteers are an integral part of the College. Students and volunteers will meet at various events and school activities. You will learn from some talented and giving people as you meet these wonderful volunteers. Campus life is busy, ever changing and fun! We hope you join us soon.
